Help Gray & Keegan Celebrate Their Love with a Wedding

Hi, I’m Edwina, and I’m reaching out to our beautiful community to help make Gray and Keegan’s wedding extra special.
Gray has been my dear friend for many years, and late last year, he was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. Despite this diagnosis, Gray’s focus remains on extending his time and improving his quality of life. He continues to fight with courage every day.
In 2022, Gray met Keegan, and it was love at first sight. Though Keegan had just finished his studies and accepted a job working away, he couldn’t resist the connection with Gray. So, in January 2023, Keegan reluctantly moved from Newcastle to Port Macquarie, and they began their long-distance relationship. Over the next two years, they cherished every weekend and holiday together, constantly planning their future and dreaming of a home and life together.
At the time, Gray stayed behind in Newcastle as he had been living with and caring for his elderly father, George, who had been battling bladder cancer. It was a difficult decision, but Gray was committed to being there for his father during that challenging time and into his senior years. Despite the distance, Gray and Keegan’s bond only grew stronger.
Then, in late 2024, Gray’s world changed forever when he was diagnosed with cancer. Without hesitation, Keegan quit his job, packed up his life, and moved back to Newcastle to be by Gray’s side. It didn’t take long for them to realize that time was precious, and Keegan surprised Gray by proposing during a weekend getaway between treatment cycles. Together, they are facing this unimaginable challenge with love, strength, and resilience.
However, wedding planning has been difficult due to Gray’s unpredictable health. He has battled crippling symptoms since his diagnosis and throughout treatment, and they never know how he will be feeling or what he will be able to do on any given day. After much thought, they’ve chosen a date based on recent patterns of good days between chemotherapy cycles, and the last-minute wedding planning has begun.
With only a month left to plan, Gray and Keegan are determined to have the wedding of their dreams — a day filled with love and joy, despite the financial and emotional strain they are facing. They need help covering the costs of making their wedding day extra special: decorations, photography, and music to help them celebrate their incredible love and the time they have together.
We are asking for your support to help Gray and Keegan celebrate their love with a beautiful wedding. Your generosity will help them create precious memories that will last a lifetime.
Any donation, no matter how small, will make a world of difference. Thank you for helping us give Gray and Keegan the wedding they truly deserve.
