Hi everyone! My name is Amy Poynton I am 17 years old and I am fundraising for Make-A-Wish Ireland. I have a rare heart condition called Hypo-Plastic-Left heart syndrome.
HLHS for short. This means the left side of my heart did not develop.
I was granted a Make-A-Wish in 2019. My wish was to meet the cast of stranger things! Make-A-Wish went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful to them for making my wish come true!
I would love to be able to get the chance to give back to such a wonderful organization! They are hoping to grant 100 wishes this year ⭐️
