Help Grandpa Larry in his surgery recovery
Donation protected

Hello everyone, as some of you may know my grandfather Lawrence (Larry) Caird was diagnosed with Parkinson’s last year. In late August of this year he had a fall where he broke his neck. He originally figured he activated an old neck injury but a september x ray showed a break. He was scheduled for a spine infusion surgery for October 4th. If you know my grandpa you’d know that he is the sweetest, most selfless person i’ve ever met. He would give you the clothes off his back and the food off of his plate. he believes everyone deserves love and it’s time to show that love back. any donation helps and will help with medical, equipment and further treatment. His projected healing journey is the better part of a year. I really do appreciate your help with this, as my family and i are already struggling with our own expenses. I will update this as we go and learn more about the future that this procedure holds for him
UPDATE: 10/07/24
Today grandpa is in good spirits. He’s using his walker well and we are very happy with his progress. the stairs are still a no-go but that’s for another time. His meds alone today were about $70 picked up from the pharmacy, each donation you send helps with bills like this! I appreciate those who had donated to and shared this fund! We love you all!

Most recent update: 12-19-24, the copayments, and bills are taking us out this holiday seasons. The cost of his prescriptions alone is crazy expensive, costing about $70 each time we go. Any donations would be appreciated as the holiday seasons and these bills are piling up on us
