Hi my name is Shirley and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my beloved grandma suffered a stroke on 11/28. On this day my mom went to wake my grandma up for her routine colonoscopy scheduled that morning. But upon checking on her she realized my grandma was unresponsive. Tragically, due to the doctors discontinuing her blood thinner medication for her colonoscopy, this ultimately led to a stroke. Now, we're faced with unexpected medical expenses and the challenging journey of her recovery. My parents have both stopped working to be with my grandma in these hard times.
