Hi, my name is Ken. I'm a grandfather raising a recently graduated 7th grader, my grandson Matthew. He will be attending Our Lady of the Assumption School in San Bernardino this fall as an 8th grader, where he has attended since 2021, second semester of 3rd grade, after COVID shutdowns were lifted. In December this year, 2025, we will be applying for admission to Aquinas High School. I am raising him in a Catholic setting and would like to keep him in a Catholic school.

I am recently retired, raising Matthew without any financial assistance. As well as healthcare, clothing, sports, and food, tuition costs are considerable. I am dedicated to him as his only caregiver and constant companion, guiding him and protecting his future, keeping him focused on education, extracurricular activities, sports, and spirituality.

Matthew has done well and maintains a 3.70 GPA. I am seeking assistance to keep him in a good school, motivated, and planning a future for him. He wants to go into the Navy after high school.
