***Things that we were anticipating: Not this. We've hit a small patch in the road, and anything helps. Also businesses around us be aware, and if you see any individuals that meet this description around please call the cops.***
On Easter, a individual (see attached pictures in our FB post) broke into our back fenced in area, and took apart our two commercial air conditioners and stole them, for probably $20 of copper wire and scrap. Anybody who knows anything about those air conditioners knows that replacing ONE could cost us upwards of at least 8k. Forcing us to spend funds on things that weren't budgeted/anticipated on (i.e. more security cameras and fence off our driveway.) By time we were alerted by our neighbors/security system, it was to late.
Currently with everything that's going on, this is tough on us. Insurance is not covering it, it's not our landlords responsibility, small business loans/stimulus package are things that don't prove to be coming our way. Like all bars we are also still facing Rent, taxes, etc... Simply put: It's like mental gymnastics trying to figure this all out, it's lonely and it's tough to feel like the government has hospitality's back.
Any help is appreciated, no one wants us opening back up as a sweat lodge We can't wait to serve you again. Also a shout out to our neighbors, who have been watching our building, saw him riding off and informed us.
