Help Gran Maureen Climb for a Cause at 80! Raising Funds for
Hi everyone,
My amazing Gran, Maureen, (some may know her as Granny Mo!) is turning 80 years old on the 22nd of August – and instead of slowing down, she’s lacing up her boots to climb Conic Hill in Balmaha to raise money for a cause close to her heart: Glasgow’s No.1 Baby & Family Support Service, a charity founded and run by her daughter – our mum.
Maureen isn’t your typical gran. She’s loving, selfless, kind, and fiercely determined. She’s the first to offer help, the last to ask for it, and always puts others before herself. No challenge is too big when it’s for a good cause – and this climb is her way of giving back to a charity that supports vulnerable families across Glasgow.
At nearly 80, she’s proving that age is no limit when your heart is in it. She’s doing this for struggling parents, newborns, and children who need a lifeline – and we want to rally behind her every step of the way.
Please donate what you can, share her story, and leave a message to cheer her on. Every penny raised goes directly to helping families in need through Glasgow’s No.1 Baby & Family Support Service.
Let’s make Granny Maureen’s birthday wish come true – and show her how proud we are.
Thank you so much for your support ❤️
