Help Graham and the Future of WA Gun Owners

HI, recently WAPOL raided Gunmart in Midland, ( a business that has been there to my knowledge at least 30 yrs) seized all firearms and have charged the owner Graham Harris with storage offences.

They have also indicated that they will Revoke his Dealers and Firearm Licence on the grounds that he is "Not a fit and proper person" due to his age.

In the months previously his underground Firearm range was the subject of a EPA and Worksafe examination and as a result has been closed.

I believe it is politically motivated.

The result of this discrimination on somebody who would have to be one of the most law abiding people I know has far reaching consequences.

This effects every legal Firearm owner in WA that eventually age can be used against you, or you can be singled out and have them " make up" a reason that you are not a fit and proper person.

Such actions not only unjustly harm innocent Firearm owners but also sets a dangerous Precedent of Government overreach and infringement on individual liberties.

Graham has been vocal politically over the years and run for parliament in the Nineties.

Graham nearly got elected into the Legaslitive Coincil in the Nineties after the 1996 gun laws were bought in and worked with Primary Producers to get Cat C licenses.

Graham's history is one of support for the shooters of WA and I believe now is the time to support Graham in this unjust action by WAPOL.

Graham has employed a Lawyer to fight the charges and obviously that costs money.

I have set up this Go Fund me in the hope that West Australians from all walks of life, not just Firearm owners will donate to help defend him.
