Hello, friends and family.

This is very difficult for us to do, but we have fallen on some unforeseen financial struggles. We recently received a notice that we are delinquent on our property tax from a previous year. We found out that this is due to the change in ownership following my mom's passing in 2022.

We have remedied the error of Parent Child Exclusion, but this is only moving forward. Despite hours of phone calls, the Parent Child Exclusion will not be backdated to remove the delinquency. We are now faced with the daunting reality that we must pay the delinquency or have the potential of having a lien put on our home.

We realize that many are struggling in this economy, so we understand if you are unable to contribute and appreciate any help.
