My sister-in-law, Grace, is going through unimaginable heartbreak. On August 7th, she lost her sister in a tragic hit-and-run accident in the Bronx. The driver who struck her has not yet been found and is still on the loose, adding even more pain to this devastating loss. Her sister faced many challenges in life, but Grace is determined to give her the dignity of a proper sendoff.

This tragedy comes only months after Grace and her sister lost their brother earlier this year. To experience two sudden, unexpected deaths of siblings in such a short time is almost too much for one family to bear.

I am setting up this fundraiser to help ease that burden. Every dollar will go directly toward giving Grace’s sister a respectful farewell and to help this grieving family navigate such an overwhelming time.
