Hello, this is a fundraiser for Grace Burckhard and her family as Grace, a very brave young lady with Down Syndrome from North Dakota, is fighting for her health in the hospital. She has pneumonia. After 8 days in the hospital, they did lung surgery to help get rid of fluid. Now she's intubated, has chest tubes, and is on the strongest antibiotics possible.

Grace's mother, Paula Burckhard, will use up all of her allotted sick days and vacation time soon to be with Grace while she heals. Paula will continue to take off work to be with Grace, but then the family will have no income at this time. With three other children with Down Syndrome at home and the possibility of more medical costs, the Burckhard Family is in financial need.

Grace is a very special young lady who has gone through much in her life and has always fought incredibly hard. Anything that can be given to help Grace and her family would be an incredible blessing.
