On July 4, 2025, a devastating flood swept through Grape Creek, TX, leaving behind heartbreak and destruction. Among those affected were Grace and Reuben, a young couple just starting their life together. Reuben, a dedicated EMT and firefighter, and Grace, a compassionate customer relations specialist at Shannon Medical, had recently moved into their first home—a place they were so proud to call their own. That dream was upended when floodwaters filled their home, destroying much of what they had worked so hard to build. While they are resilient and committed to rebuilding, the emotional and financial toll of this disaster is overwhelming.
