TL;DR: With the help of my community, I just escaped abuse and forced detransition, only to find there has been a crackdown on surgeons who perform bottom surgery. I found a surgeon who agreed to do the procedure, but they asked for more money than I had planned for, or currently have. I urgently need 1,500 Euros to make it happen before the crackdown catches up to them.

Eighteen months ago, I was so happy getting ready for my bottom surgery, which I had been dreaming about since I was a kid. But my family showed up before the surgery, drugged and kidnapped me, and admitted me into an asylum for three months of torturous conversion “therapy” under a sheikh posing as a psychiatrist. Despite the damage they caused by forcing me into social and hormonal detransition, the abuse did not stop there. They made me their prisoner and exposed me to physical and verbal abuse daily to beat the queerness away.

The thought of escaping their abuse and reclaiming my life kept me going through this hell. Now that I have escaped, I am incredibly grateful to my community for their physical and financial support. Without your support, I would not have been able to escape, and I need your help once more. Unfortunately, during the past year, there has been a crackdown on surgeons who perform bottom surgery, given that it is pretty much a black market operation here.

After many rejections, I managed to find a surgeon who agreed to perform the surgery within the week. Unfortunately, they asked for more money than I had planned for (around 1,000 Euros more), and they are located in another city, which brings unexpected costs.
