Help Gorfield creator escape homelessness

Hi! My name is Catherine and I've been working in the creative industry for the last 10 years. I've worked on projects like Vampire Survivors and Generation Loss but I'm most known for being the creator of “Gorefield” (scary!)

I was recently made homeless due to my family's conflicts with my gender transition and I've been couch-surfing between friends' houses since August of 2024. While this is fine for now, this is unsustainable in the long run. I currently reside in Massachusetts but due to how expensive housing is here, I've been unable to get a place of my own. My current plan is to save up enough money to drive to Chicago IL and get an apartment for myself. Chicago is generally a lot cheaper, It would be a lot easier to find work in my career field, and I have several friends who live there who will give me a good community of people to talk to. The current goal I've have set for this was reccomended to me by friends. It should cover me driving from MA to Chicago and getting set up in an apartment. Truthfully, any fraction of this will help
