Help Me Bring Delicious Food Back to the Streets!

As many of you know, the past year, my life has been in limbo. You all have been nothing short of amazing throughout this entire ordeal. I tried to provide monthly updates on the court proceedings but it seemed every time we were issued a court date, it was continued for some reason, BUT GOD! The City did all they could to keep me down, BUT GOD!! To make a very long story short, it’s OVER!!! And although this long legal battle has left me financially strained, I now know I can START OVER… this is where I need YOUR HELP!!

I'm reaching out to my community with an exciting dream: to once again launch a food truck that serves up mouth-watering eats and brings people together! I am trying to get back to what I love to do and what gives me great purpose in life!!

As a passionate foodie and entrepreneur, I've always found joy in sharing my love of cooking with others. A food truck is the perfect way to do just that – it's flexible, fun, and allows me to connect with people from all walks of life. The best years of my life were when I was able to hit the streets and serve you all some of the most flavorful and original cuisine the Gulf Coast has to offer!!!

Here's the thing: starting a food truck business requires a significant investment. I need funds to cover the truck itself, equipment, ingredients, and permits. That's where you come in! I'm asking for your support to help me raise the necessary funds to get this venture off the ground. I am very blessed to have a builder in place who has offered me a significant discount on the unit if I pay for it IN FULL. So my goal is for the exact amount of the new build. The builder has also graciously offered to rush build the unit and keep us posted with photos and lives every step of the way. I have always tried to include you all in my endeavors, this is no different!
