Gonzo is my sweet 8-month-old kitten who has always loved to cuddle and bring joy to my days. Recently, he faced a tough battle with a severe upper respiratory infection. While he bravely recovered from the illness, the discomfort he experienced led him to scratch his eyes deeply, resulting in painful corneal injuries. I took him to several vets, and he was given different eye medications, but after a few follow-up visits, it became clear that he needs to see a specialist to give him the best chance at a full recovery.

The funds raised will go directly toward Gonzo’s specialist visits, ongoing medication, and any additional treatments the eye specialist recommends. Treatment is crucial, as per vet advice, to ensure Gonzo does not lose his eyesight. I want to do everything possible to help Gonzo heal and regain his playful, happy spirit.
