Hello I'm Gonzalo from Chicago. I'm 40 years old and diabetic, unfortunately it has affected my vision and put me in a difficult situation. I'm unable to cover the cost of the treatment needed to help my vision improve. With my vision being affected I've also have not been able to work which makes it more difficult to proceed with this treatment.
