Watching your house burn is pain beyond pain. I raised 6 children in this house and 4 of them still live with us. All of us and our two dogs evacuated on January 8th 2025. We fled the fire without anything but the clothes on our backs. The fire was approaching fast. The smoke was heavy. I returned to my house. The firefighter said there was nothing we could do. I tried to save my house. They forced me to get off my own land. We thank God for our lives. Now we must start from nothing...
