Hi everyone,

My name is Godfred. I’m from Ghana, and I’m currently in my third year studying Computer Science in Nanjing, China. I’ve always dreamed of working in tech, and this degree is a huge step toward that future.

I’ve made it this far through a lot of hard work, faith, and support from my family and community back home. But right now, I’m facing a financial challenge that I can’t overcome on my own.

I need to raise €1,600 to cover my tuition (€950) and accommodation (€650) fees by June 30th. If I can’t pay these on time, I won’t be able to register for my final year — and I could lose my student status entirely.

I’ve tried every possible option before turning to GoFundMe, and this is my last hope to keep going.

Over the years, I’ve stayed active in both school and community life — from serving as Secretary of the Ghana Students' Union in Nanjing, to being named Best Male Speaker in a student public speaking contest, to volunteering as a Leader in my church. I’ve always tried to give back where I can.
