My name is Ella Foster, and I’m the owner of Go Bananas, a small business I started to bring joy and healthy treats to families in my community. I specialize in chocolate-covered frozen bananas, creating fun and unique styles that kids love and parents appreciate for their health benefits. Every Saturday, I looked forward to seeing familiar faces at the market, sharing smiles and treats with families who supported me from the very beginning. Many people have followed my journey on Instagram, watching me grow Go Bananas from the ground up, learning from my mistakes, and celebrating my progress along the way.

Recently, my life was turned upside down when my house caught fire. Thankfully, no one was home, but I lost my beloved cat and most of the supplies and equipment I use to run Go Bananas. As a 20-year-old full-time student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, it’s incredibly difficult for me to work another job to replace everything I lost. The fire took away not just my business materials, but also a piece of the dream I’ve worked so hard to build.

I am determined not to give up, even when things get hard. With your support, I can rebuild Go Bananas by purchasing new materials and supplies, and get back to serving the families who have cheered me on every Saturday.
