Help My Mother Gloria Fight Cervical Cancer

Hello, my name is Sionqua Taylor, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest moments of my life.

My mother, Gloria Taylor, was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer, and our world changed overnight. Hearing the word cancer come out of a doctor’s mouth is something you can never prepare for. My mother is the strongest woman I know—she has always been the backbone of our family, the one who puts everyone else first, even when she has nothing left to give. Now, she’s the one who needs support.

Gloria’s doctors have told us that she needs surgery as soon as possible, followed by additional medical treatments to give her the best chance at beating this. Unfortunately, the costs of her surgery, hospital stays, follow-up appointments, and ongoing care are far more than we can handle on our own. Insurance only covers a portion, and the remaining expenses are overwhelming.

I’m creating this GoFundMe because we simply can’t do this alone. Every dollar donated will go directly toward:

• Cervical cancer surgery costs

• Hospital and treatment bills

• Medication and follow-up care

• Transportation to and from appointments

• Basic needs while my mother is unable to work

My mother means everything to me. She’s a loving mother, grandmother, friend, and a woman who has spent her whole life helping others. Now, I’m hoping that others can help her in return.
