Hi, I am Jean Goff Robs sister, Rob and Gloria don't really know I am doing this, but they seriously are in trouble and need some help if I could help them myself I would. It starts in February Gloria had her 3rd for 4th I'm not sure hip replacement when she was young, she had a car accident, and her original hip was crushed since then she had it replaced several times. This one would be different as she now would need a hip and femur replaced because over time titanium disintegrates your bones so her femur needed to be replaced and so she did it. Everything seemed to go well, and she even went back to waitressing one day a week believe it or not in June I believe or maybe it was the beginning of July but anyway not long after she became very ill so much so she almost died thanks to God she did not. She ended up in the hospital for almost a week turns out she had a bacterial infection in her implants and the replacements were done all over again. It was very bad and painful. They now sent her home on very strong antibiotics in a pic line. These antibiotics over the time in which she will need to be on them will cost her out of pocket 6,636.00 they of course want the money before you get them, then there are the hospital deductibles and copays which are awful. This is a woman who retired from her medical billing job to take care of my brother Robert because she loves and cares about him so much and the nursing home almost killed him. So, she deserves some help for sure if anyone can afford it, it will be really appreciated. Anyone who knows Gloria knows how much she cares about people and would help them in a heartbeat.

Then there is my brother Robert who now was going out one day while she was sick to help get her something with his brother-in-law and he fell as he was so nervous about his Gloria. Robert ends up with a hematoma on his right leg very large one larger than a grapefruit. He ends up in the hospital for a couple of days they sent him home still bleeding some I had to change his bandage daily then we finally get into wound doctor, and she takes one look at it and said you have to go directly to the ER you need to have this surgically debrided, and soon it looks infected. So off to the ER we go, and they put him back in the hospital and in surgery the next evening. When he gets out his leg looks like a shark took a bite out of it awful. Then they send him home again and now bandages need to be change daily of course for neither of them nurses will not come out daily only a couple of times a week. He also has Copays and medications oh and bandages. So yes, I am helping do that,as well as Glorias pic line and of course he is also on strong expensive antibiotics as his is a resistant staph infection now. So, they are both in need of prayers they make it out of this in one piece and if anyone can afford to help it would really be appreciated, I am certain they maybe a little embarrassed but oh well we all need help sometimes.
