Hi, it's been my lifelong dream to publish a book and I'm looking for your support to bring this goal to life! Although I'm close to 80 years young and suffer from Parkinson's disease,  I've been able to complete the manuscript and even print a few copies of the book to show you what it looks like.  Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and will go directly to the printing and handling of the book. Visit my website  for more information  on the book and my upcoming activities related to the book.

***I will be receiving donations until December 3rd after which the book will go into production. It will take approximately 2-4 weeks for the book to arrive after the fundraiser is completed.

BOOK SYNOPSIS
The “Catholic Kings” Ferdinand of Aragon and Isabella of Castille ruled over separate kingdoms united by their royal marriage; the only thing that stood between the unification of Spain was the Kingdom of Granada. This land was occupied for more than 700 years by the Moors.

The aggressive expansion of Christianity throughout Europe created friction between the Spanish Catholics and their Muslim neighbors to the south.

In 1491 Captain Juan Diego Castillo Carbajal led an elite unit of the King’s calvary. The captain had orders to deliver an important message from the King Ferdinand to the Moorish warfront. Ferdinand secretly created the “Cuadrilla Equino” for the simple purpose of finding a spy, but he was amazed by the ability and effectiveness of his creation. Could such a venture be kept secret and fool the spy?

This is the story in the life of Juan Diego Castillo Carbajal, a tale of romance, adventure, intrigue and many sacrifices and hardships endured by the young soldier following in his father’s footsteps.

The story herein is entirely fictional, but the prospective reader/observer will quickly focus upon the books’ warm cover and the muted pulsations emanating from within, becoming even more evident when the book is lifted from the bookshelf to be read. The people and places are imaginary and are the products of the author’s imagination, but the era of their existence is well recorded by historians.
