Help Glenn and Gwen Rebuild After Hurricane

Hello my name is Glenn Goldthwaite (Bear) and my wife Gwen Goldthwaite (Ms Gigi). I am a special needs school bus driver and my wife is my assistant, We drive for the school system in Asheville NC. We live in Candler NC. Recently we had a hurricane and our home was severely damaged.

We had 3 rooms effect living room, kitchen and master bedroom the walls, insulation and floors had to be removed. And need to be replaced work is steady but slow.

We are doing all the work ourselves. We have to tear down and pull out all insulation,spray and clean out black mold and spray for both mold and lay down rodent spray.(All of God's creatures who lived along the creek behind our home have taken up residence in our and others home in our community)

We are staying in a hotel thank you FEMA

(This is the tent at our house we were staying in took keep Gigi away from the mold she stayed with her aunt a few days but has respiratory issues and could not stay in the house with black mold) They gave us 750.00 the school gave us 500.00 thank you ACS and used most of our savings. Our insurance company like most in the area are not helping because water was involved when the wind blew so hard it pulled out some of the exterior and items and branches were thrown in to the trailer it caused holes and water got in through the wall and roof.

(Yes that's an actual branch impaled in the side of our home.)

We are looking for any assistance Gift cards to Lowe's or Home Depot or Donation's to help us by materials to complete our home It's coming together steady but slow.

it's difficult right now we have to drive and extra 40 minutes to work,work all day get out go work on the house for a couple hours at night then spend the whole weekend working on the house. It's a little overwhelming because supplies and building materials are getting low. But we are blessed some people lost there houses completely and some lost lives.
