Help Glenda Sue Recover from Online Scam

My name is Rob Spencer. I'm starting this for my wife, Glenda Sue Spencer. I'm 63 and she just turned 69. Today, she talked to a friend on Facebook and purchased a Washer & Dryer for $300. She transferred them the money via Zelle, but shortly after, we found out that the account had been hacked. After talking to my bank and Zelle, we learned that nothing can be done once the money is gone.

Facebook won't even remove the post or the account. It was her last $300 she had been saving for us to get a Washer & Dryer. It had taken months to save that money doing crafts and selling things. She is totally devastated over this and just feels sickened over the whole thing.
