Gizmo is suddenly and unexpectedly sick. We do not know what is wrong with her but she needs veterinarian care. She has held on a few days but Im not sure how much longer she has.

I had waited for payment from a client to get her care, and thankfully she held on, but when the day came, the client backed out of payment. I am left without the means to get her assistance.

Originally, Gizmo was a baby feral kitten, cute and fluffy, who appeared alongside her mom, an almost entirely black calico with tortoiseshell a pattern. Her dad had been around for about a year, a gray tabby. When Mom appeared, we were surprised. She had been more affectionate than Dad, but she was underfed. We named her Gremlin. Shortly after, Dad earned the name Strype because of his patterns. Baby popped up a month after Gremlin, and we named her Gizmo. We had unintentionally named the little cat family off of names from the movie Gremlins.

We watched them for a couple months. It was quite wholesome, and had intended to bring them indoors. Unfortunately, tragedy stuck and Gremlin had been run over right before we were going to catch her and get her spayed. Gizmo was left with only Strype, but he was not am affectionate parent and came around mostly for the food.

In a scheme, we tricked Gizmo and managed to get her to come inside a few weeks later. She had been shy and flighty, but we no longer had to worry about her. Then, shortly after, Strype had been run over.

Gizmo is the sole survivor of this little cat family, and she deserves to live a full, happy life. Please dont let Gizmo's story end here, like this. We need your help.
