Hi my name is Sydney and this is my dog Gizmo. I adopted him when he was 7 and he is now 13 years old. He means the absolute world to me!

Last night he suffered from a really bad fall where he injured his spine and is suffering from brain complications. He is currently under 24hr veterinary care and needs to see an emergency neurologist and receive surgery. Anything will help immensely so I can get him the care that he needs. Thank you
