Gizmo became critically ill from a serious gallbladder and bile condition that required days of hospitalization and specialist care.
The treatment worked — Gizmo is HOME! ❤️ Her condition is treatable and manageable, and her doctors expect her to have a very good quality of life.
But saving her cost our family over $10,000, using much of our emergency savings. Gizmo still needs medication, follow-up care, monitoring, and a prescription diet — Our emergency savings are running out, leaving us financially unprepared if Gizmo, her sister Bubbles, or our family faces another emergency.
