Help give Will and his family a Voice

Will is a 17-year-old Autistic, and ADHD Young man with a rare Kidney Disease called Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Despite being an active and otherwise healthy young man, he has to have 4 hours of Dialysis four times a week.

Will and his family currently need your help to cover legal costs and test the remainder of his family to try and find a living donor.

If Will doesn't get a transplant, the odd's are against him, and he may not make it past twelve months.

A NHS Hospital has stated that because Will is Autistic, he should not get a transplant or be put on the transplant list. Despite another doctor saying there is a 50% chance of Will surviving the surgery and being eligible for treatment that will improve his odds above 50% his current doctors are only giving a 20% success rate.

With this surgery, despite Will's underlying condition, he could survive another 20 years if successful. Will would like to see his Adult life and continue golfing and living his life, and it is unfair that Will's wishes are not taken into account.

Many Autistic individuals have their voices removed daily; however, this decision could save his life and allow him to have an everyday life, so Will deserves to be heard!

Any funds raised will help cover the legal costs of the Court Case as his family currently only get Legal Aid. His family will use any remaining money to test the remaining members of his family for eligibility to be a living donor, which cannot happen due to the NHS Refusing to test the rest of the family.
