Timothy Paul Webb was a loving person and had a big heart he loved to smile and make other people smile..
. He leaves behind a daughter a mother a sister a brother a fiance and a nephew his death was so sudden and unexpected.... Anything helps.. while our family is grieving we appreciate all the prayers
