My name is Martino, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart after the sudden loss of my brother, Tim, who passed away from a massive heart attack on November 22, 2025. Tim was the third oldest of eight siblings, and I am the seventh. Our family has already endured the loss of two brothers—Michael and Paul—and now, losing Tim has left a deep ache that is hard to put into words. Tim was always there for me, helping me find work, supporting me through tough times like the Covid crisis, and making sure I had what I needed to get by. He was tough and stern, but it was always out of love and a desire to protect me. I wish I could tell him just how much I love him and how much I miss him already.

Right now, my family and I are facing a difficult reality. We have very little money, and even the most basic arrangements are out of reach—something I do not want for Tim. He always expressed his wish for a proper Catholic funeral and to be buried at Cherokee Memorial Cemetery in Lodi, California, alongside our father. The cost of a full funeral and burial is overwhelming, but I am determined to honor Tim’s wishes and give him the beautiful, dignified farewell he deserves. I do not want our lack of resources to force us into a decision that doesn’t reflect the love and respect we have for him.

As you all know, the cost for the funeral and burial is upwards of $10,000- if not more. Please, if you can help - even with $1.00- we will deeply appreciate the help & sentiment.

I assure all of you, if we surpass the amount needed to honor Tim properly, every penny will be divided & given to his 3 biological children, Tim, Jr., Shelby, & Paige,...as well as his 2 step-children, Robbie & Andrew.
