Our beloved Theresa Hight passed suddenly on May 2, 2021, due to unforeseen complications with her battle in fighting Lung Cancer. Theresa was born in Santa Paula, California and lived in various towns throughout Ventura County and spent a short time in Tehran, Iran and Saint George, Utah. Theresa worked many years within the family business of Jay Hight, TV which was located under the Town Clock on Main Street in Santa Paula, California.
Theresa was a wonderful Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Sister In-Law, Aunt, Great Aunt to members of the Hight, Stroud, McCary, Ramirez, Maynard, Cabral, Nikoumanesh and Lloyd families. Theresa’s parents were Jay Hight and Mary Cabral-Hight; Daughter, Shamsi Nikoumanesh; Grand Son, Dante Alcaraz.
Theresa dedicated her life to loving all her family members and friends. Her pride and joy was her only grandchild, Dante Alcaraz. She was there for his academic and sports events with glowing pride and cheering him on for all his milestones and accomplishments.
We are all devastated by the sudden loss of Theresa and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Theresa the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
In lieu of flowers we ask that people send a monetary donation to help cover the cost of Theresa’s funeral. We need to raise $25,000.00 by May 18 in order to be able to afford the funeral service.
Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time.
PayPal Donation info: [email redacted] or 8053173322
If you have any questions on ways you can help, or if you would like to donate directly, without the cost of fee's taken from your donation, please reach out to Shamsi Nikoumanesh, via text at [phone redacted].
Flowers are still welcomed and can be sent to the Perez Family Funeral Home, 600 Central Avenue in Fillmore, California on May 21, 2021.
