Help give Sophie-Lou the funeral she deserves

Sophie-Louise Gravell touched the lives and hearts of many people. She was determined, funny and cheeky. Soph knew far more than any doctor gave her credit for. For 23 years, Soph and her Mam Kirsty Davies battled against all odds. There is nothing like a mother's love, and Kirsty's love got them through. I think we can all agree that Sophie-Lou deserves the best funeral possible.

Sophie's younger sister Lily-Mae was diagnosed with cancer late last year and remains in hospital. This had already taken a toll on the family.
