Hi my names Stefanie and I’m raising money to help a gorgeous kitty who’s name is shadow.

shadow is approximately 1 years old. He lived out on the streets in Zakynthos in Greece.

In August this year he was hit by a car and then rushed to mainland Greece for emergency surgery. He miraculously survived and has metal plates in his legs. Unfortunately this will have to stay as his bones in the legs are sadly destroyed.

My family and I heard about his dreadful story and immediately wanted to adopt him and give him a chance of a better life off the streets. During his time at the vets they performed an x ray and sadly found a lump which has been confirmed to be a hernia.

shadow will be making his way to the Uk in the next few days but when he arrives he will need to visit the vet and have further x rays to establish the severity of this hernia. He would then need to be operated on which isn’t going to be cheap.

so I’m reaching out to you all to ask if you would be able to make a donation towards his surgery. We don’t know for sure how much it will cost until we’ve had this x ray. But this x ray and sedation is £500 on its own.

shadow deserves the world he is a very content and happy fella and deserves to live a long, happy and healthy life.

Any funds left over will be shared between all cat charities on the island of Zakynthos to help feed and neuter the strays.
