As some of you may know, Southwest Airlines has laid off about 15% of its workers. We never thought that our station here in SAT would be affected, but it was. Unfortunately, our Skycaps are part of that 15%. These guys have built relationships with our passengers and have given SWA their heart and soul for so many years.

We would love to give them the biggest and most memorable going away party. They have been part of our family for so long, and it is truly heartbreaking seeing them go. I will set up a different bank account to transfer the funds for the event and any remaining funds will be distributed to them.
