Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are reaching out to ask for support following the sudden passing of our beloved Ricky Lynn Peart on October 14th. Rick, a proud Iowa native, passed away at home in Hardy at the age of 62, with his loving partner, Laura Rees, by his side.

Ricky was a truly unforgettable person whose life was defined by his love for his family, his mischievous sense of humor, and his passions. He was the life of the party, whether he was cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Kansas City Chiefs, enjoying a day of fishing and hunting, or driving an hour just to surprise his adult kids with a visit. He was a dedicated father, grandfather, and a loyal friend who could always be counted on for a laugh and a good prank.

His loss has left a profound void in the hearts of his loved ones, including his partner Laura, his daughters Amie and Ashley, and his son Kyle.

How You Can Help

While we grieve the loss of Rick, we are also faced with the unexpected financial burden of his final arrangements. We are humbly asking for donations to help cover the costs of cremation, funeral service fees, and necessary expenses to give Rick the farewell he deserves.
