Our friend Omar has always been the neighborhood handyman and the person everyone could count on. He painted houses, fixed cars, and even watched our children when we needed a hand. If he even saw one of the kids doing something they shouldn't, he would let us know and make sure they learned from it. He is a brother to those that know him and an uncle to many. He truly is an all-around helpful guy who has touched so many lives in our community.

Recently, he became terminally ill, and the doctors have done all they can. It's heartbreaking to see someone who has given so much now facing such a difficult time. Despite everything, he remains without a home, but he has a village of people who care deeply about him and want to honor his life.

These funds are being raised just in case they’re needed for Omar’s home going, so your support will help us be prepared for whatever comes. We are coming together to give him a proper home going, but we need help to make it possible.
