My name is Mariah and my goal is to be able to provide Odie with another year of life.

Odie has bone cancer and if I can raise the money to pay for his amputation surgery, he can have another 10-12 months being his happy, playful, and sweet self.

Without the surgery he will only have a few short months that are very painful. His pain is being managed by his vet for now, but the bone is weak and he runs the risk of serious injury just by walking on it.

The surgery is going to cost around $4200.

Greyhounds are very special and unique animals and Odie needs to have overnight care to insure he is properly looked after and to receive IV pain meds.

I know some people won’t understand why I would ask for help and that is okay. I have no hard feelings towards anyone who disagrees.

But if you do want to help, I will forever be grateful for your kindness to a dog that means the world to me.

Odie could have a very happy 10-12 months and I feel like I can’t deny him that. I’ve been through so much with this guy and he’s been right by my side through some of the hardest times in my life. Odie deserves for me to at least try, because Odie is the best boy.
