Friday, Nov 28 I had a massive heart attack and didn't realize it. By the time I went to the hospital Sunday they didn't hesitate to airlift me to UofL hospital. I had 3 clogged arteries, 80%, 90%, and one with 100% blockage.

I shouldn't be alive.

This came at a time where we are already behind and trying to catch up, and it looks like I'll be missing out on an entire two week pay period. But that's not why we are here, I've dug myself out of worse.

I work for the Kentucky Commonwealth Office of Technology, and my wife works at a local restaurant. I also deliver Walmart groceries to supplement our income. So we aren't used to asking for help in any fashion.

However, this is happening with Christmas only a couple weeks away and we will be lucky to get them anything at all. After almost losing their father all I want is for my three kids to have a decent Christmas.

Please consider helping out so they at least have some things under the tree to open. Anything left over would be going directly to catching up on bills.
