Help Give Life Saving Surgery for Our Daughter Jazmine

Hello, My name is Leanne Hawthorne and I am setting up this fundraiser as my daughter Jazmine is in need of life saving surgery.

Jazmine is 9 and coming 10 in April and she weighs only 3 stone. Jazmine has Autism and is Non Verbal, she's also has learning difficulties. She is already being treated for Dystonia and we have just recently informed she has Arfid, which isn't recognised in Northern Ireland. This is a form of Anorexia.

Jazmine Urgently needs Surgery to get a Peg feeding tube fitted into her stomach to help give her the food and nutrition she needs to survive. Northern Ireland doesn't provide this surgery so we will need to travel to London to get it done as the NHS has informed us a 3 year waiting list for an urgent referral which means we are having to go private to ensure Jazmine gets the help that she needs. I am asking anyone could they please donate anything they can big or small towards her surgery which will include helping pay for flights and accommodation.

We know how hard things are at the minute and everyone is struggling but anything you could kindly donate we would be SO grateful, after further research it will cost around 20,000 as so many extra things to be taken into consideration
