Leo has been my mum’s companion for many years. He has an overactive thyroid disorder that he has been battling but over the last few weeks has sadly become very unwell and it’s now time to give him the peaceful and dignified goodbye he deserves.

My mum is heartbroken, but also struggling with the unexpected costs of Leo’s end-of-life care and cremation.

My mum has broken her wrist and as a self employed home carer is currently trying her best to try to continue working against advice but is unable to drive for the next 6 weeks and tend most of her clients resulting in a greatly reduced income. But unfortunately we need to get help so her little Leo can find some comfort and peace.

We want to make sure he can pass without pain and that my mum has something special to remember him by.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world. It will go directly towards Leo’s euthanasia, cremation, and a memorial keepsake for my mum.
