Hi, this is Jen and Ken, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit for my sweet 2.5-year-old French Bulldog, Kona.

Kona isn’t just a pet — he’s my best friend, my hiking buddy, my paddle boarding partner, and my constant source of joy and comfort. Anyone who’s met him knows his playful wiggles, endless curiosity, and love for snuggles and kisses.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when Kona was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The good news is that there’s a treatment that can give him more time — radiation therapy — but it requires traveling to Pittsburgh and comes with significant costs that I can’t cover on my own.

Radiation can help slow the tumor’s growth and give Kona the chance to enjoy many more hikes, paddle board adventures, and sunny days exploring the outdoors — the things that make him happiest. It can also give us more of those quiet, love-filled moments together that mean everything to me.

The funds raised will go toward:

• Radiation treatment in Pittsburgh

• Travel and lodging for treatment

• Medications and follow-up care
