Help give Julie Horner a funeral

Julie was homeless and had been for over 12 years, seen often around Hull City Centre.

Julie faced daily battles but always had a smile and was always so thankful to everyone who helped her during her time living on the streets. 

To everyone who ever bought her food, drink, clothing and warm items to sleep in, I truly appreciate the kindness you showed her.

I knew Julie for over 14 years, and despite everything she faced, she was one of the most kind, loving and caring person I've ever met, despite having very little to call her own. 

Julie had dreams, she was working so hard to make positive changes in her life, she was so close to having stable accommodation and somewhere to call her own.

I hoping that people could show kindness to Julie and help towards funding a small funeral for her, I honestly think it's the least she deserves.

At present, the options available are very limited and also basic.

I believe Julie deserves to arrive at the crematorium in a car and to be able to have a service and flowers.

All monies raised will go directly to the funeral directors and will hopefully allow something more dignified and deserved.
