I’m fundraising for my dog, Izzy the Aussie. She is my world.

Izzy isn’t just a dog. She’s my kid. She’s my shadow, cuddle buddy, emotional support, and a source of joy on even the hardest days. She’s been with me through everything. Now, it’s my turn to be there for her.

A Sudden Emergency & Heartbreaking News

Recently, I rushed Izzy to the emergency room. It was one of the scariest moments of my life — she was in pain, confused. I felt completely helpless.

Tests revealed a mass on her spleen had ruptured. She was bleeding internally and was rushed into emergency surgery. Her spleen was removed and the mass sent for testing. A week later, I received the devastating news: Izzy has cancer.

Izzy touches the lives of everyone she meets. She’s gentle, loving, full of heart — the kind of dog that changes people. You meet Izzy and fall in love.

People experience Izzy’s sweet spirit and are inspired to rescue an Aussie of their own. Multiple Aussies have been adopted and saved due to her influence. Izzy is that special.

Even now, she wiggles her butt, snuggles close, and shares her whole heart with me and every life she touches.

Why I Need Help

The vets are optimistic that treatment will help Izzy. The costs are overwhelming. Izzy has insurance; however, the emergency surgery basically maxed out her insurance benefits.

My goal is to raise 2,000 to cover:

• Cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and follow-ups)

• Emergency and ongoing veterinary care

• Medications and pain relief

• Travel and supportive care supplies
