Support Irma’s Brother Fernando in His Cancer Treatment
Irma has been a trusted and caring part of our family for almost three years. She helps keep our home running smoothly and is wonderful with our kids — we’re truly grateful for everything she does.
Recently, Irma received difficult news from her family in Honduras: her brother Fernando has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic and intestinal cancer. He’s 62 years old and a father to one son. The diagnosis was a shock for them, and while it’s a serious situation, doctors believe that several rounds of chemotherapy could help shrink the tumors enough to allow for surgery.
Each round of chemotherapy treatment in Honduras costs about 15,000 lempiras, which is roughly $600 USD. We’re hoping to help Irma’s family raise $5,000+ so Fernando can receive 8 to 10 rounds of treatment to try to make a difference.
Any amount you’re able to give would mean a lot — even small donations go a long way. And if you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this page would also be a huge help.
Thank you so much for your support.
