On October 2nd, we lost our precious baby boy, Gunnar Micheal Wilson, to SIDS. Gunnar was almost 3 months old and such a happy, loving baby, holding his head up since birth.

Gunnar is my grandson, not by blood but by heart. I loved him and helped care for him since the day we brought him home. My godson, Brandon Wilson, his father, is a single father at the moment, raising both his kids alone and trying to maintain an income to raise his kids. It's hard, especially at this time with his home distorted by the hurricane. Brandon still has no power; we were living in a tent with the children, as well as others from our community, for days. But Brandon made sure his children were okay, fed, and changed daily. He also has a little girl named Aralynn who is 3 years old.

We are devastated by the passing of our precious baby boy, Gunnar Micheal Wilson, and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. Based on researching expenses and quotes, we are asking everyone to please help us give our baby a proper burial.

This is a pain no parent should feel.
