As a lot of you know, my name is Caridad Campos. I am the daughter of Gerardo Campos. I am raising this money so that I can give my father proper. Farewell that he deserves. He was an amazing father. He raised me and my sister; he was a very caring and very giving man. Such a happy soul, always making jokes making sure everyone was always good. I was always daddy's little girl. So this is definitely very hard for me. I found out a few months back my dad had kidney cancer. It was definitely a rough journey for me, having to take trips back and forth from Florida to New Jersey and just being long distance from him. It's really hard for me to put my words together. Only God knows the pain that I feel, though I know that he is in a much better place and he is no longer in this world suffering. It is still hard for me to know that he is no longer here with us. I don't think I ever knew pain till now. This is a different kind of pain. I would love to give my father the viewing he deserves; Your support means the world to us. I hate that I even have to do this. Definitely unexpected. One minute. I am on the phone with doctors to get a release date. Next Minute. I’m getting a phone call to let me know that my dad is no longer with us. This is the week that I was making arrangements to go see him and now here I am making arrangements to say our last goodbyes.
