Help Give Danny Monk the Send-Off He Deserves

To our family, friends and neighbors of Gloucester City. On Sunday, August 25th we lost a very special man. Danny Monk was a one-of-a-kind genuine soul and a town Legend. He spent his life consistently rooting for the underdogs, willing to give anyone in need the shirt off his back. He was the living example of giving to those in need, even when he did not have much to offer. Helping friends and neighbors filled Danny’s life with purpose. He remained selfless despite his own personal struggles. Danny left our world far too soon due complications from his Pancreatic Cancer, leaving behind his loving family, friends, pets and most importantly his son, Daniel Monk III, who was his pride and joy.

The Monks have been overwhelmed with love, compassion and offerings of support. We ask to please help by sharing and supporting Danny’s funeral arrangements so we can properly give him the send off he deserves & help with living expenses for those he left behind.
