I’m an 9 week old Boston Terrier puppy and live with my family in Redlands. Before getting sick I was playful, strong, and super cuddly! I developed severe pneumonia after having a bad respiratory infection. My family is doing everything they can to save me but we need help. I’m recovering very slowly and have required lots of medical care including x-rays, oxygen, IVs, hospitalization and lots of vet visits. Even though I’m a sickie I’m still charming my vets and their staff who are taking great care of me.

Statistically dogs with pneumonia survive but it’s especially hard on puppies who need much longer and more care to recover. My parents and doctors are optimistic about me getting healthy but I’m a long way away and will need lots of care. I am currently staying with a specialist in a pet hospital for the next 48 hours.  They are treating me very well.  My medical expenses have been extra hard financially because my mom lost her job last summer and hasn’t been able to find a job yet. If you can help, even just a little, we’d so appreciate it. I just want a fighting chance!
