Help Lay My Brother Chuck to Rest with Dignity

My brother Chuck recently passed away in Santa Cruz County. He was impoverished and had been estranged from our family since he was a teenager. Despite the distance, I believe everyone deserves dignity in death — including a proper cremation and the chance for loved ones to find closure.

The cost for a basic cremation service is more than I can afford alone, so I’m asking for help to raise $3.000 to cover:

• Cremation and transportation fees

• A basic urn

• Required permits and death certificates
